Post 6: A postgraduate course.


Hi everyone!

In this post I will talk about a postgraduate course I would consider taking when I finish my career. In the last post I had to write about my future job, it was very difficult to talk about my future and what I will going to do when that is over and this time will not be the exception, I mean I haven’t even though about the issue for my thesis! But, I am sure that I would like to do a postgraduate course, the matter is I don’t know about what, so I will try to say something in this regard. One of my reason to do a postgraduate is to improve my knowledge and to specialize in something related to environment or natural hazards. I don’t know where I would like to study, however, I believe study in another country is always a great opportunity, so if I have the opportunity of study in another country I will take it! I have always been interested in any country of Europe.

With respect to how I would like to study, I wouldn’t like to do a distance learning, I prefer face to face classes, so I think I would like to do a part time course.

After writing this, I have realized I would start to keep in mind this, most specially the issue of my thesis jaja.

Post 2: Best concert ever

The best concert I have ever been is Iron Maiden England tour in October 2th, 2013. It was in the National Stadium. I saw Iron Maiden of course and, besides they come with two guest band: Slayer and Ghost. I don’t like Ghost, but I like Slayer so much, so I had the opportunity to saw them too. The Maiden England tour was a show based on the Maiden England tour made in 1988 to promote the “Seventh son of a seventh son” album, but they didn’t play in Chile. In fact, in 1992 they was condemn because they was considered a satanical band. The atmosphere during the event was full of euphoria, I don’t know another way to describe the atmosphere in that moment. I was in the concert court and at the moment when Iron Maiden started to play the atmosphere turned even more euphoric. Post 3: My favorite movie

Hi everyone! Today I will talk about my favorite movie. My favorite movie (for the moment) is “Rango”. Is an animated film about a chameleon who has a great confusion about his identity and he is always asking himself who is he and after an accident he finish in the desert, then he arrive in a village where he pretends to be a brave gunman. I like this movie so much because is very funny and, although this one can be considered like a child's movie, I think the plot of the movie is very interesting, because it demonstrated the importance of the water and may creates awareness of its use.  I don’t know exactly how to classify movies inside a gender, but I like to watch fantasy films, adventure, comedy and animated films, like “The lords of the rings”, “Pirates of the Caribbean” and, in the case of comedies, I love Jim Carrey’s movies, especially “Dr. Seuss' how the Grinch stole Christmas”. Post 5: My future job.

Hi everyone!  In this post I will talk about a job I would like to have in the future. I think, as many of my classmates, I would like to work in something related to my career (Geography), after all, is for what we are studying. I imagine it, as all the works, not very entertaining, but I would like it could be outdoor. Although, I’m a person who doesn’t like the changes, I wouldn’t like to stay in the same place working, in fact I don’t like the offices. If I could, I would like to live out of Santiago. But, in the case of I couldn’t leave this city, I would like to travel sometimes. I really don’t care about my salary, this is not a very important thing for me, I only want to be economically stable, but I would like to travel to another country in the future holidays.
