Post 2: Best concert ever

The best concert I have ever been is Iron Maiden England tour in October 2th, 2013. It was in the National Stadium. I saw Iron Maiden of course and, besides they come with two guest band: Slayer and Ghost. I don’t like Ghost, but I like Slayer so much, so I had the opportunity to saw them too.

The Maiden England tour was a show based on the Maiden England tour made in 1988 to promote the “Seventh son of a seventh son” album, but they didn’t play in Chile. In fact, in 1992 they was condemn because they was considered a satanical band.

The atmosphere during the event was full of euphoria, I don’t know another way to describe the atmosphere in that moment. I was in the concert court and at the moment when Iron Maiden started to play the atmosphere turned even more euphoric.

I felt very happy, because it was the first time I saw Iron Maiden live (I was 16 years old) and I enjoyed so much because is my favorite band and they played many classics songs and the staging was amazing, there was a big Eddie (the mascot of the band), and many others representations of him on the back of the stage. Besides, Bruce Dickinson, the singer and front man of the band, wore a straw hat (called “chupalla”).
